"Deb Coffin and Julia Philipson, the founders and owners of Moose Country Gourmet, became acquainted 5 years ago while sewing together at the local quilt shop.  Con versations about their individual cooking experiences, specifically mustard, reminded Deb of something her father said every time he received a delicious jar of Deb’s homemade mustard for Christmas, “You really ought to bottle this stuff.”  Moose Country Gourmet was born! 

They followed Deb’s Dad’s suggestion and began bottling the sweet and spicy mustard using only the freshest natural ingredients and purchased locally when possible.   The Original Homestead Mustard was the first product in a line that now features syrups and chocolate sauces.  They are thrilled others can now enjoy an extra special zip of flavor on pork, chicken, and sandwiches and even as a great pretzel dip!  Please enjoy all of these delicious products as well as the new recipes that are on the horizon!"
